Thank goodness you managed to salvage a save game. I agree with you about the decadynasty it has to be one of the most challenging of the dynasties.

I enjoy how the decadynasty causes us to rate potential spouses not just on who they are, but where they live :=)

Sam's house is one of my favourite houses in Sunset Valley (as are the two either side). It was one of the first ones I ever played because I was fooled into thinking that pool behind it belonged to the house

Congratulations to Dove for supermaxing Street Art! I hope we will be seeing more Dreamweaver nooboos sometime soon!

I'm glad you managed to salvage this! I'd advise Dove not to confess to cheating -- it just ruins the relationship. That's some amazing street art, by the way.

I'M. SO. GLAD. THE. DREAMWEAVERS. ARE. OK. whew!

I kinda need to jump back with my Immortal Dynasty but my game has been so stressful! If its not one problem, it's another! As soon as one is resolved, another one kicks up! Goodness! I feel your stress!

Riesen(?) is so cute!! Melted when I saw my favorite toddler hair for boys from the store!

Keep going, Pam! You're a trooper! You've got all the eyes on the forum watching and supporting you!

Dove is gorgeous, but she did get her looks from the best!

Wow, Pam, you're a great author! *jealous* I finished all of this in about two days...it was just so good! I got a mini heart attack when you said your file was corrupted...thank goodness it's okay! So glad you managed to save your game.

All of your Sims are so...attractive! The nooboos are always so cute and Dove is just stunning. I'd say so far out of all of them, Pez and Heath (and Peaches...the two are so cute together!) were my favorites. And all of the kitties are just adorable! Makes me want to get Pets...(along with every other expansion since I don't have any

)

So, yeah. I'm eagerly awaiting your next update! (Aren't we all?)

I appreciate your kind words and I'm glad you enjoy my story. I've been delayed with updates (again) because I'm working out ways for my file to be more stable so that I don't lose it forever at some point. This has been such a challenging file to play! Now we have TWO more Dynasty challenges after this one and I haven't even attempted either of them. I want to finish this one first, no matter how long it takes!

Have you read my Dreamweaver Immortal Dynasty? If not, there's a link to is in my signature below.

Heath is on my Swap Shop, along with all the others if you want to download them to play in your own games. I'm not sure about Pez because he was early in the story and wasn't an heir. I don't know if I uploaded him. I can get him from an old game, though, I think. Oops! Scratch all that. Pez IS in the Swap Shop!

I know that you haven't attempted the Life State challenge yet, but whats the other one? I thought there was only the Immortal, Townie and Life state. By the way, in my immortal challenge right now, I saw a stray cat that looked just like Baxtor! I wish I would've taken a picture!

We just launched the 4X4 Dynasty. Go look on the Challenge board.

Oh wow! That seems really tough! Can't wait to see how that plays out in the future. But, we are on the Townie dynasty, which I'm loving by the way.

Chapter 87 - Dove’s Decision

It’s been hard, but Dove has made a big decision. She’s finished her SuperMax and is doing well on all other moving requirements. But the sad truth is that Sunset Valley is a sleepy little town with very little opportunity to advance her career as a Singer. It’s her dream and biggest desire right now, so she’s decided to go where the action is. And that would be Starlight Shores where there are so many different venues and opportunities for her.

Most of the family support her decision. The only one with doubts and sadness is Dove’s mother, Godiva. She’s been part of the growing Dynasty for a long time and has strong feelings about having family all around. You can’t go anywhere in Sunset Valley without encountering a Dreamweaver. Parents, grandparents, siblings, cousins. It’s virtually endless. She will miss it terribly, but understands it’s best for Dove and it’s her time now.

Godiva couldn't leave without visiting everyone and their homes one last time. She has loved her home with George. She definitely left her mark on the place.

First she visited her childhood home and her parents, Charms and Kris. She will miss them the most. And her brother, York, too. Godiva had to go to the Consignment Store to say a proper good-bye to her mother. Charms works there now.

Next was a call to her grandparent’s house, where Lollipop and Dean lived. Lollipop is long dead now and Dean is very old. Here are where her aunts and uncle live. Chewit, Karie, and Crunchy. Aunt Nellie and Uncle Heath are gone, too. Heath lived a long and happy life, but poor Nellie died young in an accident.

A couple of doors down is where her great-grandmother Taffy lives. Like Lollipop, Taffy’s husband is long gone. Noe’s grave is there in the back yard with Christopher (Steel) Dreamweaver’s grave. There’s some extended family living there, too. Great-aunt Smartie, with her husband Cosmo, her son Gobstopper Wiggins, his wife Lartasha, and their twins KitKat and TicTac Wiggins.

Great-aunt Butterscotch and her husband Bobo are still alive and living in their original home. Their son, Jawbreaker, also lives there. He seems to be a confirmed bachelor. At least he got a job with the military.

Finally, Godiva visited the original Dreamweaver homestead. This is where it all started with Christopher and Zelda, with their children Taffy and Pez. Pez’ kids, Tootsie and Roll, are still alive and are quite old by now. They live in the home that was Christopher’s when he was single, before it became filled with life and love.

And the cats! How sad it will be not to see all of them around town. Often wherever there is a Dreamweaver, there is also one of the long line of kitties that have been around since the first kitten, Heidi. They have lived and died alongside their companions. Gone are Heidi, Mango, Ginger, Elijah, Zoey, Gilbert, and Sullivan. There descendents are still around: Twink, Fitz, Otis, Fah-Zhai, Kerri, Hannah, Fred, Snowshoe, Duchess, and Pippa. Godiva visited the pet graveyard and collected the graves.

Then she just had a good cry.

With the good-byes finished, the fifth generation Dreamweaver heir packed up her family and left for the Big Time.

Author’s Note: After having so many problems with this game file, I got special permission from Metro to make a move to a new town in the middle of Dove’s requirements. Hopefully this will help with some of the bugs.
