You've got missing quote tags if you don't do a full quote of everything?

For me it works fine.

Well I was trying to drown my Sim a few times just for fun.
And people said take away the pool steps and they can't get out.
But recently I saw that my Sim was out of my swimming pool even if I had the steps removed.

So I started an experiment and watched the Sims that was swimming and it seems they can also get out of the pool by means of lifting themselves out by the edge of the swimming pool.

Anybody also noticed that?
Or did EA make some changes into the last expansion?
Since I know for sure in the Sims 2 they didn't get out by any means.

EA has enabled our Sims to exit the pool with no steps since Sims3 Vanilla was launched.  The only way to successfully drown your sim if that is what you choose to do, is to build a wall around the entire pool when your sim is swimming.

Yeah, Sims 2 they were pathetic and weak! They couldn't climb out of a pool without a ladder!  :D Sims 3 and now they can, makes it harder to get rid of someone... My sim wasn't one to break someones marriage up but wanted to marry the sim, so called the husband over, asked him to join in the pool, my sim then went to "Answer the Phone" I walled in the pool, voila, a new single sim fresh for the pickings! The only downside was the newly widowed sim became an elder straight after her husband "Died."  :-X  ;)

This has been a feature from the start of Sims 3. However, it got much, much easier after a patch that enabled placing fences and walls right on the pool edge. Before that you needed to place some objects in the sims' way out of the pool. Best tetris exercise I've had in a long time, but having a fence around the pool is more effective.
