Any nectary please?

Actually, I left a request for a good nectary in the building and construction request board but haven't got a someone nice to help me. So I just want to look up the old ones but can't find good ones here. The one in France is too big and too heavy include a huge tomb on its basement for solving quests. I don't want to solve the quest in Sunset valley so it's too big for me. I want to find something smaller than the French one. Please help me. :) I have 40*40 size lot for it and place it in the seaside. Thank you in advanced.:D
