A request for a small nectary?

Hello, not sure it's the right board for the request here. If I found the wrong place, I'm sorry and please move it to the right board, thank you. I'm editing Sunset Valley at the moment but I just want to have a smaller modernized nectary of 40 by 40 size than the one in France. I'd like to place it in the seaside. Could you make one for me? I have all Eps and Sps. It's ok to use some store contents as I enjoy using them. I feel I have no sense at all for any construction. I absolutely need men of ability.  Thanks very much to read my request.

I recognized it was the wrong board for the building request so I put my request on the building and construction requests thread. It can be removed because I don't want the double post. Thank you.
