I've bought the toilet myself and made a simple video about it for YouTube. Nothing special, just showing you the toilet.
This is the information I've put in the video description: 'I'll show you what you can do with the Uber Sani-Sim Toilet.
You can change the music it provides to three different Ambient styles, all three of them coming from the good old days of The Sims 1, out of the Buy/Build catagory. Unfortuniatly the song doesn't influence the mood of the sim. No +points for Listening To Music.
The toilet can clean itself, but that function you can turn of, if you like. It provides your sims with a +3 point for environment plus the normal +10 points for bladder.
You can scientifically upgrade the item and you can change the selfcleaning to Unbreakable. It seems you can't have both of them at the same time, which is pitty.

And oh yeah, you have to pay 400 simpoints for this beauty, which is much cheaper than what your sims have to pay for this: the jackpot of $5000 simdollars!'

Did I just spend 400 simpoints on a singing toilet for my Sims?  I did.  Does that imply an excessive amount of interest in this game?  Most likely.  But I wanted it!  And now I have it, and I'm running off to try it out.

Yes, apparently the seat lifts by itself and plays music! I need this in my sims' lives! It does sound overly awesome!

Hmm, I have 800 simpoints left. Perhaps I can buy a Double Uber Toilet Seat. Handy for public lots: sims never have to 'drop it' alone. 'Dear sir. Can you pass me the toilet paper?' 'Not a problem mrs. But I have my hands full. Do you mind holding?'

Has anyone managed to get this toilet into their game?  I've downloaded and installed it twice and can't find it anywhere.  The launcher says the toilet is installed, but where is it?  It's definitely not anywhere in the plumbing section.  I even looked in Appliances and Electronics, but it wasn't there either.

Edit:  I just noticed that NONE of my store items seem to be showing up in the game.  Oh, joy.  I have a feeling this is related to the Pets demo I downloaded.

Edit #2:  I couldn't get this or any other downloads to show up in the game so I had to uninstall the Pets demo and now it works.  The toilet costs your Sim a whopping $5000.  As advertised, it plays music - there are 3 choices, "Ambiance 1, 2 or 3".  I was expecting a "light mist" to spray my Sim after using the toilet but I didn't see anything happen except my Sim got a puzzled look on her face and stood looking at the toilet for a few seconds.  Her hygiene need didn't appear to change.

I think I'd look puzzled if my toilet sang. What's the music sound like? Yes I know how random it is but I'm actually wondering if it's just music or if there's simlish. Random I know but hey it is a singing toilet after all.

Poor thing. You have to go manually to your Download folder and select all your items and install them manually. That way you will have them back.

Yeah, I spent all yesterday evening reinstalling them.  The reason it took all evening was because I tried it twice before realizing that the Create-a-Pet demo was causing the problem and then had to do it over again after I uninstalled the demo.  And the game didn't like installing everything at once like that - it kept crashing.  I don't think I'll ever download a demo again!

It sounds like a horror story! Oh thank goodness Mum said no when I asked her if I could get the simming laptop to download the demo yesterday! I hope things get fixed, Schip.

Yes, silly me, I also bought the toilet.  You have to set the music yourself and you have to turn it off and on.  It plays music from the build and buy mode from sims1.  It also does not flush by itself or clean.  It will only clean by itself, once a handy sim upgrades it to self cleaning and there is no moodlet for the mist it gives off.  I am really sorry I bought the silly thing now, it doesn't do anything different than the most expensive toilet, except the seat raising by itself.  If anyone still wants it, then buy it, but for me, it was not worth the 400 simpoints I paid for it.

However, it does look nice, lol.

But mine did clean itself automatically. You just have to use the toilet multiple times before it concider itself dirty and cleans itself.
