Can objects such as showers and sinks break in a community lot. I wanted to put beds and bathrooms in a lot called ''All the Rave'' warehouse in Riverview. I fixed it up so Sim's could hangout, but I wanted to make sure if they where tired or smelly they could use the beds and showers I put in it. I just didn't know if the sinks and showers would break like they do at a Sim's house. ;D

I'm pretty sure they can break, but at midnight or some other signifigant time, they fix by themselves.

That is a good idea.  I had tried that in one of my games, putting a bed and bathroom in.  Funny thing though, when I would take my sim to the park, which is where I made a special room, there would be like 6 or 7 sims in the room, just hanging out.  I put a stereo and tv in there and people were lying on the bed, some were dancing to the stereo.  Looked really strange, lol.  Small room for so many people.

I have seen the toilets and sinks break at the park, but the next day, they were ok, like imaGleek said. :)

If you don't want them to break, you can always have a sim upgrade them :)

Yep but then I wanted to upgrade them for self cleaning so my Sim wouldn't have to always clean the sinks and tubs lol. ::)

If you complete the plumber's challenge, anything that your sim fixes will never break again, so once you get that far, you can upgrade to self-cleaning and they will have both :D

But why would you want to fix a toilet or upgrade it when magical gnomes fix it for you the next day?  :D

For the handiness skill and it's challenges.
