Very interesting mini micro starter. I downloaded and placed on an 10x10 lot and price was a little over 16,600, so I had to remove the blender. I am new to this forum as you can see. Thank you for your home. It has gave me an idea for a property in lunar lakes 15x25 :)
When complete I will upload here. I like the modern look of your build and admit have used wall coverings very similar to yours. Now just have to do a build for 16,500 or less with 2 basements and roof terrace.

Thank you! And welcome to the forum as I see this is your first post.
And it's true: for some reason the house cost slightly more than the minimum amount of money a starter single sim has and I actually don't know why that is, as I succeeded staying below that minimum amount of money while building it.
Perhaps the game has given all objects its basic value when placed as all objects decreased in value every day my test sim lived in it. That's what I remember of it.

Have noticed this before when placing and building lots. Am working on a few builds in Lucky Palms at the moment. When loaded for first time price of lot seems higher than actual build. After clicking on lot build/buy, price has dropped. Ages for a reply (my regrets.) My simbot has spent it's lifespan in your ALU and was interesting. Am working on custom world at this moment. The build I was going to upload has turned into a Caw world. The pain lol. It seems prices of lots (in a game) are consistent. Guess is all down to the buggy world of gaming.

Regards.

A pic of my island world not much to see at the moment.
