Ahh That's great Leto :) Well i tried making an underground "alien" man cave thing with the futuristic stuff i got from store :P Turned out pretty awesome if I must say it myself. Maybe you could make a store included version too? (if its not too much work for you ofcause  ::) )

Was thinking that it could've been awesome with a helicopter pad on top of the your house  ;D

Yeah, I may want to build a bigger house with this alltime futuristic style. I say alltime: because people are seeing houses like this as being futuristic for the past 50 years now. Haha, 50 years later and we've still haven't came this far. :P

True. If we had helicopters like in The Sims 2 I would have added a landing on the rooftop. And text on the street if I could: 'No landing zone.' :P

Leto, love I love your house!  It's fabulous!  I use a lot of 10x10 lots when I rebuild towns so this will fit nicely.

I am SO sorry I missed your birthday!  Here's me singing, "happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Leto, happy birthday to you!"  And many, many more.  We were in crises mode with squeakyclean going to the emergency room and very sick again, so my world rather stopped.  She's a bit better now and sees her doctor tomorrow.  She also says happy birthday and thank you for sending her birthday wishes on her day.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

Leto, love I love your house!  It's fabulous!  I use a lot of 10x10 lots when I rebuild towns so this will fit nicely.

First the ontopic thing:
10x10 Lots are by far the most practical for this situations. Less space, so the lot is cheaper and you can place a lot of them in your town. Also less space forces you to think more creatively where to put everything and it reduces the render power of all those objects in place. Sims need also less time to get from point A to B. I love 10x10.

And now the slightly offtopic:
Oh, that is no problem. There are so many people on this forum, it is quite obvious some birthday felicitatings slip through. :) But thank you for felicitating me now.
I wasn't aware of the sickness of squeakyclean, but I'm glad she's feeling better now. Wish her good luck from me.

At the people who have downloaded this house: do you still like it? Or are there things that could be changed?

I've downloaded and placed it as well.  Right now I'm in the middle of a "house with all possible furnishing made of ice" project, which looks link it might take a while.  But your ALU looks great, and will be the very first place I put a new sim in when I am done with my insane ice house idea.

Thank you, welcome to the forum and just call me Leto. Everyone else does. :)
Feel free to share your opinion and or critique on this house. Example: I'm sure some people would found it a bit too crowded. Can't blame them for that. :P

I've just played this for a couple of sim days.

Pros: Lovely design!  I love the color scheme, and the layout is impressive for such a small house.  Sure, it's a bit cramped, but it's an efficiency, whaddya expect?  Very livable.

Cons: This is a personal issue with me, and I assume that most people won't have a problem with it.  I hate the graphics associated with the scientific upgrades.  The flashing, pulsing, and sparkling gets on my nerves in seconds.  For what it's worth, I have trouble with many repetitve visual stimuli.  Seeing strobe effects in movies, for example, sometimes make me feel pretty queasy.  Even though it killed the amazing 40+ decorated moodlet, I had to delete and replace the enhanced objects, replicating the style of the orginals as best as I could manage.

Another very small issue, no room for a computer desk inside, and always like my sims to have one at home..  But one can be placed outside, so not a big issue at all (I think.  I placed it on a 10X15 lot).

Overall:  One of the best starters I've seen.  Even with my glitchy brain motivating me to nullify one the major benefits of this house, it's still charming and fun.  I'm just disapointed that I am unable to enjoy it in it's intended state.  Two thumbs up.

Thank you. Up to now I have uploaded only two houses to this forum who are each total opposite and one Sim.
I am very glad to notice they all are highly appreciated. :)
There is just one dilemma: what else is there for me to upload...

Ow, I was thinking of posting in another topic. But instead of that I may upload another Sim or house. :(
