Origin?

What is Origin, It comes with your Sims 3 game, Is It Important to keep or should i uninstall it?

Origin is the new name for the EADM. I use mine to download the games without the disc since I've already registered the disc's. EADM was Electronic Art Download Manager.

You're welcome. No as long as you have the disc you can run it without it.

I think that if you want to patch your game it's easiest if you have Origin installed.

I was going to uninstall it and it said "if you uninstall this program all EA Games will not function properly"

I guess you probably don't want to uninstall it then.

Yikes. Yeah if it says that definitely don't do it. I've never tried uninstalling mine so I didn't know it would do that!

Yeah, one time I accedentally uninstalled the EADM when I was cleaning out my computer and then I had to search the internet for a new one to download.
