Has anyone purchased a house infested with rats?



Must be all that trash. 

The rats came from those challenges that you get in the beginning of the game when purchasing a cheap home. This is from the Budget Home located in Riverview, next door to the Broke Family.

Wow that's a challenge that I've never had...and I've never even heard of it.  I guess I need to buy existing houses more often instead of building my own lol.

Usually when you get a challenge, there's some overall benefit for accepting it.  What did you get from this one...other than the pets I mean.
