When my Sim was adventuring in China the first Sim she reported to was wearing a shirt representing France?  Thought that was out of place.



And not sure if this is weird or not but apparently the same Sim is sort of spoiled and felt the need to take her luxury car everywhere...I mean everywhere.  I thought you weren't allowed to drive cars, only use the scooters or bikes?

Sims have always been able to take cars when they travel.  It's just a little tricky getting it to happen.  The best way I've found is to have the car in your Sim's inventory and be away from home when you make the travel arrangements.  The car goes with the Sim.

I've heard of Sims driving through Al Simhara in a Firefighter truck. I always buy the kenspa in Egypt.

Pam - I think I'm going to have to put my vehicles in the family inventory before I send her on a trip.  I've made her jog to the opposite side of town, then had her use her cell phone to travel and she still manages to grab a car from the garage to take with her.

It really looks like she'll have trouble driving off again.  Possibly, she'll need the locals to help push.

I've posted this in my family story already, but I thought I'd share it here too. My sim Acantha Alphabeto caught on fire while inventing and right after that all three sims (including her) in the household started having their birthdays. So here she is, standing all happy, having a birthday while her bum is burning



Unfortunately for her, she died right after aging to adult.

Finally! I managed to get the doubly dead photo from Photography skill journal fast and easy. Here's the desired pic:

The mummy was created by me, death was by starvation, and she was also a pizza appreciator. Nice combination. The photo was worth only 1300$. It was taken by my level 9 photographer, with the highest settings available (not panorama, it's level 10). I tried killing her in fire, but my hose is fireproof, and mummies don't die of drowning, they don't have the Energy bar. Now I want to resurrect that mummy and make her a normal Sim again! She was so pretty...

Speaking of Grim, here's a side of him that I had never seen before:



A sim in the house decided to strike up a conversation with him and interrupted his action, so I don't know what he had in mind to do with the toy car.  Perhaps Grimmy has the "Childish" trait, and decided to sit down for a momentary break from reaping.  Or perhaps he was considering changing his career to a maid, because judging by the thought bubble, reaping doesn't pay all that well.

I had a vampire read Grim's mind not too long ago to find out exactly what his job was:  "Grim is a Grim Reaper."  And here I thought he'd have a fancy-schmancy title!
