I thought this story was cute and just had to share:
I got my cousins' two girls (11 and 8 years old) addicted to Sims; now all they want to play is the horses.
One day when both visited, the oldest girl and I took a break from Sims and walked up the road to my aunt's farm,
where this kid got to ride her real-life horse, Daisy. This is her first horse and has just been broken to ride.
After about an hour in the saddle, the poor kid complained of being "saddle sore," if you get my drift.
We returned to the house and she fired up her Sims game on my computer.
Her Sim was breaking in a horse, and got the saddle sore moodlet as well.
Both of us were laughing over this instance of art imitating life.
