Looks like the Bridgeport bridge (lol) decided to take a break for the night.

Matt Hamming got bit by his girlfriend's falcon and when he went to put the bird away, he just tucked it under his arm. The bird was still moving around.

Issue with the photo update. this is the pic.

My sim just rang up the repairwoman (the only person she knows!) and chose 'Invite Household Over'. When the screen came up for who to choose, all of the NPCs from the whole town were there! Not sure if anyone's noticed this before, but I thought it could be quite handy if you're trying to marry a certain NPC for their hidden traits or whatever :)

EDIT: Just realised my screenshot isn't showing up. I uploaded it from the gallery and everything, anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

That's a good tip about NPCs! I also noticed that "invite household over" thing after installing Pets, but didn't think about using it for that. It could prove useful. :)

About the pic: the url is not correct... that doesn't seem to be the url to the actual picture (but a page on gallery instead). Try going to your gallery and right-clicking the image you want to post, depending on the browser you use there should be an option to either copy the url of the image (on firefox) or to see the properties of the image (explorer). The url is on properties and you can copy&paste it from there.

Yep except they are worth nothing unless you replace them...

I have something new and weird. I demolished the junkyard in Bridgeport so I could place my lot and one night I found this:
Then in the morning it seems the outdoor lounge had made a few friends. There's the arm chair, stereo in the back and the trash compactor!
I can only assume it's because of the junkyard but it sure gave me a fright!

I'm not sure how this can be avoided, but the junkyard spawners don't delete when you delete the lot. Perhaps if you turn on buydebug you can see them to delete them? I've had this issue when placing lots and not being happy and doing it again, and end up having several of the same spawners.

I'm actually going to leave it then after about one week see how much has spawned!

I missed a print screen opportunity today when my sim met another sim called 'Chip Offablock'.  Next time I load the game I will try and get a shot of this, it gave me quite a giggle, but made me wonder if anyone has come across other peculiar names?

Was that in Twinbrooke? They have all sorts of funny names there - to match their profession, or just funny in general.

Yes, Twinbrook does have the funniest names.  My favorite is a police officer there named Dee Tex.  I once had a sim marry the maid Anne T. Septik.   ;D  Somewhere also has a paperkid named Dee Liver.

I've never played an investigator before, so I thought I'd read up on it first before trying it out. I found this little tidbit on the wiki:

Also, Investigators with no love for critters crawling at the outdoors can misuse their magnifying glass to fry the insects and making them explode, negligibly boosting fun for the Investigator. This can also be done at night time, strangely enough.

That made me lol. I've never head of that before!!

I saw Chip Offablock the other day. He was in Sunset Valley hanging out in the park and I believe he was a handyman.

Has anyone really noticed how much detail is put into TS3? Like if you zoom in on waffles there is tiny little blueberries and strawberries and oranges and limes.
