This happened quite a while back when I first discovered the display table that transforms the gems.  I had found a broken relic and some other things and when I put the relic on the display table, it had the green sparkles coming out of it.  At the time I really paid no attention to it and filled the table and got a gnome.  After I started getting tiberium and saw the same green sparkles, I thought, hmmm, I wonder now what that broken relic really was, just seemed weird and have never gotten anything else that did that, because if I had, I would have kept it longer, so not sure if anyone else has seen that.  That will teach me to get rid of things so soon.

I made a Simself and then let her loose on Sunset Valley. I also made a copy of the guy I hate. When I went to the park... there they were making out. I laughed so hard I droped my laptop.

I have a sim who is in law enforcement and he too brings his car to foreign locations.  I think it looks hilarious.
