I get that glitch sometimes too. I wonder if this is the same sort of glitch as the toddler watching TV. I know it's not a graphics card issue, because my pets will always resort back to normal less than .5 seconds later. Plus, your concrete and grass are detailed, and displaying properly.

My terrain paints look perfectly fine like on that screenshot, too, but I still have horrible issues with Pets and a really bad graphics card.

It probably is the same, or at least a similar glitch. Now that you mention it, I remember the toddler TV stretch. I guess I just wasn't prepared to see it happen to a dog.

The notification for the puppies?  Yes.  Someday seriously needs to get Hetty Lionheart's cats fixed.  She calls every other week.

The best was a notification about horses being born and please come adopt them... in Bridgeport.  And it was an apartment building.  little baby horses running around in traffic... awesome.

Simstar3 - I wasn't sure what you were talking about, the puppy notification or the fact it looks like your Sim is asking the bird to marry them!

If it was the avian proposal that was the funny bit, say no!  I hate the bird tree.  All my birds, large and small, live in cages so I can feed them when I choose to and not when they decide to stay on their perch for 10 seconds.
