I took this just a few minutes ago while my sim was in the Twinbrook library working on a novel.  Isn't the little nubbin just so cute???  And doesn't she just luv her weird, creepy ole vampire daddy???  Yes, she does!  She luvs vampire daddy!

And her mouth does not change size from child to adult. It's hugely out of proportion to the rest of her face.
