As it turns out, Dustin Langerak has a very close relationship with his Sloppy Jalopy! He showed up to a party at my sims' house with his car attached to his leg!

I see what you did there. 

It amazes me, though, that he shows up at the party with his car attached yet everyone is mostly just excited about seeing Thornton Wolff. Sims are so coco bananas sometimes.

It's hard to see since it's night, but it appears the map is on fire. Every house but the one I bought was on fire.


On my most recent Bridgeport, my Young Adult apparently glitched and got taken home because he was out past his curfew. Not only that, but the "Out Past Curfew" moodlet is now always there, even in the afternoon. He even lost his traits.. How embarrassing would it be to be getting a few drinks at the bar and the cop comes to tell you your out past your curfew and need to come home.

I'm sure others have seen this before, but I sure hadn't.  My sim attended a party at Blair Wainwright's home in those lofts with the pool at the rear and Pauline decided the floor just wasn't sufficient.  Either that or this is her own special way of cleaning the counter Blair had just used to make mac & cheese.  Oddly enough, I couldn't find the music.  It certainly wasn't on the second or third stories where the living spaces are; it sounded loudest down in the entryway, but I never did find its location.



I have done the rats challenge from p. 168 before.  I got it on that same house and haven't seen it again.  It's annoying since it requires both an exterminator and a maid (or lots of your sim's time to clean).  Still, no worse than the water main break challenge.

I've never had the out past curfew moodlet (my teenager sims are all well behaved ), but that's quite strange that the moodlet never leaves!

At least with the water main break you have the opportunity to get a jump on the Handiness skill.  The rats event sounds like all you get is a negative moodlet for a good while.

Not sure where to put this but this morning on the Sims 3 facebook page they posted a royal wedding parody video. It made me giggle. Then again I grew up in the era of having a huge crush on Prince William.
