I had one of my legacy guys running around town with his Map the the Stars, rubbing shoulders with the glitterati to try and reach level 5 celebrity and complete his LTW. This is one of the only three star celebrities in my neighbourhood:

Haha no, I believe those pants/undies are a store item (Sun, Surf and Sand Bedroom set) which I happen to have and they can be worn for ALL clothing styles, even Casual and Formal! So can the wet and wrinkled shirt + pants outfit from the same set.

This is Belisama Hemlock after being aged up to child, and what's the deal with that thing on her chin?! Any idea about how to get rid of it?

Don't worry, that's just her lower gums poking through her bottom lip, nothing major. It usually goes away by adulthood. Usually.

Does that always happen to her when she ages up?

I'd say yes. It's to do with the structure of the Sim's face, so it would always happen to some specific Sims (like Belisama) and never to others. It also seems to happen more to Sims with narrower faces for some reason.
