There is a small house in the front corner of Lessons house and it has an urn in there. Even while playing on Jon's lot, you will hear the music, but you hardly ever see the ghost. I finally realized that is where it was from, when I saw the ghost leave the little house and finally come into the main house. It took me a long time to figure out where it actually had come from. Weird, you can be in one house and hear the music from another house you are playing in, as long as it next door. Even when I am playing my dynasty house and the ghosts come out across the street in the park, you can hear the music.
