Well, in almost every day, you're working. You're slaving away for the man in the hope to gain a simolean or two more. It's a hard life out there, and the Sims deserve the right to relax. Show them you care in this house situated on the Famous Recurve Strand.

Stats:
Name: Seaside Style
Lot Size: 40 x 30
Price (Furnished): $92,232
Price (Unfurnished): $73,512
Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, contains Butler's Quarters.
Contains Vanilla Content. Contains no Store content. The Ford Fiesta cars pictured (Store Items) are not included.

Just a little luxury.

May I have a little clarification please.

I have been trying to place lots on the beach but apparently they can't go there, so is it okay to use one of the lots that are near the beach even though they are not on it?

Also, I am a little confused on
Quote
Beach views from the front of the lot (like in SV)

I am not sure if this mean the entrance to the house should be on the beach side of the property of that it should have beach views.

Kind Regards
KJ

Everything happens for a reason, sometimes we have to wait a long time for the reason to become clear.

You can build it on Land if you want to, which may be best for Terrain Issues on placing a Lot through the World Editor. Seabody used Recurve Strand I think for his. By Beach Views you really just have to have a view of the Beach, so whichever way the Beach is from your Lot it needs to take advantage of the views.

Sea Shell Shores

Cost:  Unfurnished - $51,922   Furnished - $90,505   From Edit Town - $90,365
Bedrooms:  3 Double
Bathrooms:  2
Extras:  Pool and contained Butler's Quarters
EP's:  WA, LN, OLS and AMB

Description:  This exquisite three bedroom beach house is complimented by its ocean views.  You are just meters away from the sea.  To keep your beach bod in top condition there is a home gym.  The yard consists of a pool, fire pit, bbq, gnubb set and telescope.  Take advantage of the ocean breeze by hanging your washing outside.

The front of the house, with a fountain in the entrance area.  The windows on the first and second floor take real advantage of the ocean views.

Back of the house where the pool is.

The first floor consists of living room, kitchen, home gym and butler's quarters.

Butler's quarters

The second floor has the 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony where you can lounge and watch the sea or if the views inspire you there are easels for those who are artistically inclined.

Another shot of the yard, where you can party like it's 1999!!

When the sun goes down you can move the party into the basement par-tay room!

And one last picture just to show you how close to the ocean you are (plus it's my favourite).

You will be fully relaxed in this house!

Question, we are not allowed to use the freebies they give you in The Sims 3 Store for uploading memories?

I'm going to say No because they are not exactly freely available to everyone. They are more of a limited thing for people who upload memories.

Ask as many questions as you need. Yes, whether you do a Shed, Attic, Room or Basement is up to you, it really only needs a Bed for the Butler and the rest is up to you on how much you do for the Butler.

Thanks. Am almost done with landscaping so then I'll decorate and save space for the butler. Here I go again.  :-\ So 3 sims plus NCP, Butler. The butler does not count for the 3 sims of the ages we chose?

Since Lily put the specs together I am not sure whether she meant that the Butler was included in that 3 Sims or not but to be on the safe side I would say have the 3 Sims of any Age and then add another Bed for the butler. Lily is away till the 15th I think so she will be back in time before the Contest ends. If you submit before she gets back and what she was meaning in the specs is different to what I have said then feel free to change it.
