I wasn't planing on putting a house in this contest but I saw a picture of this house on while browsing house pictures and it caught my eye for some reason and I wanted to remake it in the Sims.

House Name: High Tide
Price: Furnished $99,072 - Unfurnished $62,323
Lot Size: 40x30
Expansions used: Late Night, World Adventures, Ambitions, Generations, Outdoor Living
House is sitting up on stilts so there's no worry when the tide comes in.
First floor is 3 bedroom, 2 baths, study and laundry. Second floor is the butlers living area with a bedroom and bathroom.

Price: When placed on 477 Sunnyside Blvd... 99,919(Furnished) and 69,625(unfurnished) it'll be different from edit-town mode.

Lot Size: 30x30

Description: 4 bedrooms/3 baths.  Beach Holiday is a modern-style vacation home with large windows for taking in glorious views from the front and back yards.  The house spans three floors.  The first floor has a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, den and master suite. A single spiral staircase climbs the length of the building forming a graceful almost sculptural helix.  The second floor hosts three bedrooms, a library and a balcony.  The third floor is the rooftop sun deck where Sims can enjoy the best views of their beach front property.  Outside the beautifully landscaped back yard boasts a lovely curvy pool by a paved patio while in the front yard one can find a small pond.  The front entrance is cleverly constructed in such a manner to conceal the trash bin if necessary and to provide a sensible location for the mailbox.

Building Contest 2 – Beach Villa

Your Task:
    To build a villa on the beach that would be the envy of all other beach dwellers, what you do with the inside is up to you completely.

Specifications:

• Minimum number of Beds: For 3 Sims (any ages) plus 1 Butler (total of 4 Sims). (Do not add any Sims)
• Budget: $100,000, you don't have to spend it all.
• Lot Size: From 30x20 (or 20x30) up to 40x40.
• Other: Palm trees, pool, Butler suite/den, does not need to be built on sandy terrain, needs a beach view.
