Watcher Achivement Questions

So I finally finished my first Kingdom Ambition and got moved up to the next watcher level. YAH! I thought on my next kingdom, I'd try going for more of the Watcher Achievements (picked up 5 so far). So I only have a monarch and knight hero and have only built the throne room, reception hall, barracks and training yard (although the yard comes with the barracks, I'm assuming it counts as a building...right?). I'm saving my RP to get the Savings Account achievement! It has brought up a couple of questions, though.

How does the game count buildings? Do the ones already there count, like the docks, the village, etc.? Can't figure why I haven't gotten the Fistful of Heroes, since by my count I have only 4 buildings and 230 renown (only need 100 for the achievement). And I guess the one to place 25 buildings is across multiple kingdoms, since you can't place more than 20 in one kingdom if you include those with heroes, those without heroes (mill, watcher pavillon, etc.) and those already there when the game starts (docks, village, etc.).

The achievements that require you complete x number of quests, like 30 with the Monarch or Merchant...is this in the same kingdom or the game overall. Carl's list doesn't specify and I have done every quest that came up for the Monarch so far (it's only about 12) and now there aren't any more except for the Knight (only 2 heroes in this kingdom). How do I get 30 done if there aren't any more. If it's at game level, I should be close, since I did quite a few with my first monarch (that newbie with the spreadsheets has it right...need to keep track!). I know I would get more quests if I built more 'hero' buildings, but eventually I'll run out of QP to do quests before I hit the magic 30 quests or pick up my Savings Account achievement.

In the game, if you look at the Achievement Book (is that what it's called? - you access it from the screen when you are choosing a new quest) there should be a pull-down that lets you filter the achievements by whether they are specific to a Kingdom or apply to the Game overall. It will also let you filter the achievements that are specific to a Sim - though some of those are across a Kingdom and some across the whole game.

For example, I'm pretty sure the 30 quests with a Knight is across the whole game.

But fiddling with the Physician is in one Kingdom.

Oh Duh! Should of had a V-8! I've used that filter, but for different reasons. Guess I was slow to connect that this would answer my questions!

I find there are a lot of little things in this game I need a reminder of. Am often glad I got the Prima guide. Also, have definitely started reading forums more - this one and the one over on EA.

jonthrell has mentioned that Fistful of Heroes is now 500 renown with 5 or fewer buildings.  I'm waiting for my fame ambition to get that achievement.

Well, I guess that explains why I didn't get the achievement. My renown was only 300! And since I've built some more buildings to get some more quests, I'll have to try for that in another kingdom.

I'm still not sure how they count buildings. I'm assuming the ones already in the game don't count (although I know what assuming does). But do the buildings that have no heros count, such as the lighthouse and the mill. I know they add aspect capacity, but do they count as buildings built?
