Trouble rescuing sims

My Sim is a Firefighter and lately she had problem when putting out fires, she can put out the fire just fine but since I can't see into the house I can't direct her to the sims that are in need in of help and tell them to run. Sometimes it helps for a short while if she goes out from the property and starts over but then the same problem occurs again.

As for the question,this can happen if you turn off all fires and then start rescuing. I suggest you rescue Sims before putting out all fire on lot.

Thanks, but there are still fires burning and I can't use the axes because it says that I need to put out all the windows fires first.

Vegan, did you change the building view to Walls Up (as opposed to Cutaway)?  Sometimes there are window fires you can't see unless you have Walls Up.  You can't break down doors if there are window fires burning.

Yeah vegan it's actually good to put the walls up even though it seems like something you shouldn't do but it's easier to spot things on the walls with the walls up.
