Ok, I see.  He searched the internet and found us for you.  That's pretty cool.  :)
Yes, he did and yes it is. David is the best friend in the world.  ;)

Two years already. Well done Carl and this great community. :) I'm very proud to be a moderator of such an important place about sims.
And like others have said: it is because of the community being so friendly, and the knowledge here so practical that I like to say here. I'm sure I speak for a lot of us.

I'm registered since December 7, 2009 I saw. My first post was placed on April 8, 2010. I really wish I was here active since December.

Cheers to us all! I can hardly wait to see how this community will continue to grow. Other sims 3 related forums (especially one in Holland) could concider us being a good example of how a community should be.

Here since June 9, 2010.  Be here till the end of the forum or myself, whichever comes first.  lol   Cheers, Carl.  You are a genius and I am totally in awe of your skills and ethics.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

Looking forward to seeing many birthdays for this forum :)

Good lucky trying to find even 10 "ok" examples.  Have you been to other Sims forums?  They're awful!

Yeah, I was. In my own country actually. I liked to do something 'Dutch' for a change but it was the opposite of this forum. The members seem okey, but the webmaster was arrogant and totally not open for suggestion or whatever. He also was very young you know. -18 for sure, I've did some research. :P I've seen it like a thousand times: when boys at young age are good in something, too good perhaps or when they think are good in something (having a own website, high education), they ending up very soon in loving themself too much if you know what I mean.
I don't say this because of being in 'suck-up-to-boss' mode but I'm really fortunate with the webmaster we have here. Carl isn't arrogant at all (unless he's a master in hiding it) and he IS open for suggestion.
If it's up to me, I like to stick around for another 2 years. Way to go Carl.

I officially became a member on June 5, 2010 but I lurked around for several months previous to registering.  I have seen members come and go and am so happy to see some come back after an absence - long or short.

As Joria so lovingly put it, I also plan to "Be here till the end of the forum or myself, whichever comes first".

To Carl, Pam and Metro - Thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating a Sims 3 forum with accurate information and a warm, friendly atmosphere ;D.  And to all the members and moderators, thank you all for creating one, big happy family!

Hear hear! Though I think I might plan to be here "till the end of the forum or myself, whichever comes last".
Either way, I'll be around forever!

It's a nice line, but I find it a bit sad. When I think about it, if you 'come first' we won't even know it and are just wondering what you kept from coming here. I hope that will not happen.

Leto, my children are aware that I am a member of this forum and they have been given instructions to let everyone know if something were to happen to me.

I hope it doesn't happen either as I plan on living for quite some time, but I thank you for your concern. ;D.
