Today the forum is two years old.
Thank you so much to everyone who has helped us to grow. We've doubled in population in the last year. Why? Because of our great members. We have a core community of regulars who are here most every day. You guys are so friendly to the new people who need help with a problem that plenty of them stick around. We could not ask for more.
I recently praised our moderation staff and the vigilance of the members who report spam and naughty posts who keep us safe. I'd like to throw out a big thank you to the folks who have contributed guide corrections and in some cases entire articles! We are second only to the wikia in terms of pure Sims 3 content because of those gifts of information. I'm not even sure of that -- look at what you have created. Running a google site:carls-sims-3-guide.com search reveals 53,000 results. What a massive database of information to anyone new to this game.
Schipperke posted an
invitation to a special party to commemorate this second anniversary. We invite you to share your simself there. I even bothered to upload
me. All cheers are welcome here or there regardless. We are indebted to you for allowing us to create something larger than ourselves, where people can express their fondness over a common interest.
I have said it before and will say it again to our beloved members. We are here to stay, and I look forward to your support as the guide and forum continue to evolve.
