We have made a decision about Multiple Entries and we have decided not to allow them, this is because they do disadvantage the builders who only have the time to build one entry. For that reason we are not allowing more than one entry, the limit is One Entry per Contest, the rule has been added to the main Rules Thread.

Chuckles has very kindly agreed to remove her second entry from the Contest, it can still be found HERE on the Swap Shop.

We are also going to ask everyone to double check their Entries before they enter the contests, for Store Content. If you do find Store Content or wish to change your Entry please contact myself and Lilygirl before doing so.

Wow!  Just barely done in time!

Bluesy Brownstone.  A charmer with a hint of yesteryear.  Most of the decor is in shades of blue.

Bird's eye view of the first floor.  The room to the left of the foyer is a small den/office with a half bath off it which is also accessible through the kitchen.  There is a butler's pantry pass through between the dining room and kitchen which also features a laundry area.

Bird's eye view of the second floor with ensuite master bedroom, nursery, and child's room also ensuite. There is enough room for toys and play on the landing.

Sorry there are so few pics.  I was in a hurry to get done in time.

House Name:  Bluesy Brownstone

Price:  $69,990

Lot Size: 30x30

Description:  My Aunt Lydia had a townhouse very much like this one in the Bronx, NY, only she had more flowers and trees!  This charmer features an era appropriate den, cozy and welcoming living area with a fireplace and chess set, a very lovely formal dining room, and just like in the past, a butler's pantry!  The kitchen is charming and has a door to the deck and patio so it's fast and easy to bring your burgers outside for a barbie!  Upstairs the cozy and comfy bedrooms lull you to rest with the cool and relaxing shades of blue.  Perfect for a growing family and with room to grow.

Link:  At bottom

EDIT:  Sorry, forgot to say no store items, no free items just Expansion and Stuff pack items, Generations, Late Night, Town Life, Ambitions, I have them all so might find items from all of them.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!
