Forever Encrusted: An Immortal Dynasty- Please Move to the Graveyard

Author's Note: Hi all! This is my first attempt at an Immortal Dynasty, and I hope it's my last ( ) Please tell me if it is good or not. I accept Constructive Critisism!

This is me, Diamond Encrusted. Yes I am blue, no; I do not know how I became blue. I just am. I have been set a task, a task not for the faint hearted or weak willed. The task of founding an Immortal Dynasty. I know, I know, I sound crazy but I am not.


As well as being blue, I have other traits of my personality. I am a green thumb, and gardening is my passion. Being a hopeless romantic, I enjoy sitting down and watching a romantic comedy, or picking up the latest romantic book. Being friendly and neat, I am more than happy to pick up after you. But, watch out, I have a very unlucky side, and that sometimes causes me major agro.

So, I plopped down on this plot of grass, with nothing but $1,800 and my cell phone. Looking around, I could see a very modern mansion in the distance, and I started to walk towards it, while basking in the hot sunlight. I walked up the steep staircase, and towards the door, and rung the doorbell once, and waited nervously for a reply. a few seconds later, a handsome man answered, sending strange emotions through my body.


“Hi there, I’m Thornton, wanna come in?” Thornton, the handsome man said in a low voice, showing me the way in. I noticed the light colours and fancy sculptures as I made my way inside, and contemplated them. He must be rich.


“I-I’m Diamond by the way. Diamond Encrusted.” I waited for the laugh, the snigger, but none came.

“What an interesting name, my sweet. My surname is Wolff, as I am ferocious” he said, giving a pretend snarl. I giggled, and looked him up and down. He really was handsome.

We spent the rest of the morning talking and getting to know each other, and finally at mid day, I asked him the million dollar question.

“Thornton, are you single?” he looked awkward, and replied in a whisper;

“No, I am married, but my wife is horrible.”


“Oh. I think I better leave” I said, tears forming at my eyes. I started to run about town, and soon made my way to the town library.

Picking up a book on gardening, I blocked out the thought of Thornton, and started to read.


Seeking shelter for the night, I came across a fire station, where a few firemen where more than welcome to help me out.


Having had a seriously bad night’s sleep, the last thing I wanted for breakfast was cereal, but alas there was nothing else.



Walking out of the station, an urge in my brain told me to go to a certain house, and introduce myself. There, I met Miss Agnes Crumplebottom. I actually think that Agnes is the nicest person I had ever met. She told me all about her passion to paint, and the fact that she was quite lonely. On the spur of the moment, I asked her if she would go to the beach with me.


“Agnes, I know we have only known each other of half a day, but I need to ask you something.”


“Of course dear, what is it?” she replied, smiling to herself.

“Will you move in with me?” her smiled widened and she took my hand.

“Diamond, do you really think I was going to leave you to fend for yourself? Of course I’ll move in with you!”

I hastily gave her a hug, and we started to make plans on what we would do to our house. A sparkle around Agnes caught my attention, and I gasped, surprised at what I was seeing.


“Agnes! What’s happening?”

“I’m changing, dear. It always happens.” Right before me, Agnes’ clothes had changed to a light and airy white, leaving me in shock.

Agnes and I spent our afternoon talking and I didn’t even notice that Thornton had arrived until he was stood right in front of me.



“Hello, Diamond” He said, and I noticed that where once before was his wedding ring, was now an empty gap.

“T-Thornton, how nice to see you”

“I’ve left her, Morgana I mean. Me and you are meant to be together, Diamond.”

He kissed me, and dropped down on one knee.

“Diamond… Will you marry me?”


I hastily agreed, and we were wed only an hour later, with me as the blushing bride.

“Diamond, I promise to honour you and serve you the best that I can,  I will be the perfect husband, and I will put all of my might into helping you fill your goals. I love you.” Thornton spoke, leaving me with a tear running down my face.


“Thornton, though I have not know you for long, I know that my heart belongs to you. You are my everything. I love you.” Thornton started to cry, and he knew I meant every word.


“You may now kiss the bride.” Whispered Agnes, and even she had tears in her eyes.

Diamond is awesome and I love how you've started your dynasty.  I'm hoping for lots of blueboos for Diamond and Thornton!  Wishing you lots of good luck!

My Starr Dynasty was my first attempt and I had only been playing TS3 for a month when I started it - it went into the Hall of Fame in May - so it is definitely doable.  I have a few words of advice for you.

1.  Make back-up saves of your dynasty regularly.  That way if a bug strikes you have a chance to go back to a previous save. 
2.  If your game is stable and doesn't tend to develop bugs very often - don't make any major changes (like adding an EP or to a lesser extent an SP).  I purposely finished my dynasty before I installed Generations and it is a good thing, too, or I would not have been able to finish it for all the bugs.
3.  If you have WA, travel at your own risk once you are allowed to per the dynasty rules.  I traveled with no problem in my dynasty, but since Generations came out it seems like all the travel bugs are happening more frequently - at least for me they are.

Good luck with your Dynasty. Thornton is a great choice for spouse he has a thing for blue Sims just ask my immortal dynasty founder Hebe Smith.
I was not one of those who completed their dynasty the first time I did it on my third go. My tip is to keep good records and you shouldn't go far wrong.
I will reading this story I love different coloured Sims and I am hoping for a blueboo for you.

Aw, man... Technical issues totally bite. Hope the repairs work, and it doesn't turn out like the last time I sent a computer for repairs, where it took several months for a 2-week job.
