Chapter Seven: The Next Chapter

The honeymoon was amazing. We went to a ski resort in Tennessee, where we both went snowboarding, it was very fun! We both had a fun time and was a great way to start our marriage. Our days were fun-filled, but the nights were something to remember.



When we got back from the honeymoon, I had my Adult birthday! (author's note: Somebody remind me to turn aging off!!)



We've been talking about moving into a bigger house, somewhere out in the country. We have even considered starting a ranch, where we would breed and show horses! We've been looking at houses and communities, and I think we found the one we like best. It's called Apaloosa plains. There are lots of out-back trails and several equine-related buildings and it seems like it's a very pet-friendly! This is the house we found:

We started packing for Apaloosa plains, I am so excited! We are leaving in just a few hours, just packing some our smaller things into the car. When we got there, we knew we wanted to get a dog, so we picked up a puppy after we unpacked all our possessions. This is our little girl Haidi!



She is so cute! *Cue the puppy Montage!*




OK, I'll try not to get too carried away with the puppy pictures! But anyways, after we were completely settled in with Haidi, we got ready for our sire horse. I went to the equestrian center to buy him. I found a beautiful paint (I think? Darn you EA for not including breeds!)



His name was too hard to say, so I changed his name to lightning! Ride 'em Cowboy! I learned horseback-riding when I was a teenager from a neighbor, so I rode him down to the ranch. I got him settled in for the night, since it was 10 o'clock, and then headed inside. A couple weeks later, I had my Adult birthday!



The wildlife here is so amazing, we saw some wild horses, deer, even an owl! This stray cat showed up on our ranch, she's pretty old and she likes to hang around a lot. We nicknamed her Beebee. We may end up adopting her, she's old so she probably will be gone before we start getting space issues.

Thanks Ann! It took me awhile to build that house, it was a lot of work! And technically, I'm still not done with it, but it's mostly done.

Chapter Eight: Pets! Part One

(Author's note: Remember how I said the the cat's name is Beebee? Sorry I messed up, her name is actually Twink I couldn't remember her name after I closed the game down!) The house is working out great. The kitchen is much more spacious then our old apartment, and now we have an island too! It's super convenient when it's just eating and we don't have company.



We decided to adopt Twink, the stray cat that likes to hang out on our lot. She's really sweet, and has a cool personality. Look! She has one green eye and one amber eye! Cool, huh?



She is doing very well with Haidi, who seems to like to play with her.



I'm really loving Haidi, she's really entertaining, with all her puppy antics!



One day, I caught her peeing on the floor. Bad dog!



After I scolded her, I started seeing sparkles. "What's happening? I can't already be getting old can I?" I was panicking then, but then, I realized the sparkles were around Haidi! She was growing up!




Isn't she so cute??

Beka says she looks a lot like her old dog Megan, except with longer hair. I asked her if the dog was still alive, and she said that she's still alive, but she's getting older. She thinks it'll be cool to have a dog that looks so much like her.[/i]

I've been looking around town for a mare, and I finally found her!



Meet Honeypie! As soon as we get them friendly enough, I would like Lightning to sire her foal. We need to start making money besides taking them to competitions!

Yes they really do! I am loving Pets so far! I had the horse's name in my mind yesterday, but when I resumed writing this morning, I couldn't remember her name! Sometimes I tend to do that with people too, lol!

Sorry, Pam, I didn't actually adopt her as a stray. I just adopted her from the shelter, that was purely for the story! Sorry I can't give you much info on adopting those strays.
