I am not sure if it was installing Pets that did it but this game file keeps crashing to desk top after about ten minutes of game play.
So I am going to start another DecaDynasty but I think I might go back to Sunset Valley to do it. At the very least I will know where all the fish and seed spawners are.

I just need to think of someone to be my founder.

That used to happen to me a lot, but it fixed after I emptied my Backup and Cache files. I think it's got something to do with CPU, like it limits itself and causes Sims to crash, so emptying it will reduce CPU. How many files have you got in the DCBackup folder?
