Athletic: Tomb Raiding, Exploring the catacombs
Business: buying stuff from consignment shop and then consigning them back right away,  buidlings and Venues

Yes, you can register at City Hall as an Alchemist. It's an easy career to max as well.

There are also those dancing sunflowers that cost 75 and the suns they produce can sell for either 100 or 90 each and they keep on producing the suns. If you let them produce for a while and then sell them in one go, you can make a fair bit of money from them. Alternatively they seem to make good fertilizer.
