Sim having a wish that fit the moment

It seems most of the time when my sims have a wish come up it has nothing to do with what is going on at the time. Like just a random thought going through their minds.

This time I had one of my sims sculpting a metal statue and he caught on fire. While running to the shower with his butt on fire he had a wish to sell the Sculpting Station.  I think that was one of the few times I've see a wish that really fit the moment. And even tho I've had sims on fire many times it's the first time I've seen that wish pop up.

I guess Sims are very random and stream-of-consciousness. Kind of like me.

That's a good one, grimsoul.  I've also seen inventors pop a wish to detonate the shower when it breaks.  I guess they think it would be more fun to blow the thing up than to fix it.

My inventor recently got shocked (the charred hair and clothes look) and got a wish to sell her inventing workbench, which is what caused it.
What freaked me out was when my sim had triplets, came home, and got a wish to have a child.

I had the same thing happen with my sims. The mother and father both had the wish to have a child before the even got the triplets out of the basket after getting home.

Kind of like rolling the wish to prepare a meal immediately after finishing it, huh?

Or like they just spun into their maternity clothes and then the husband gets a wish like "have a child with x"

My sim got a wish to hire a babysitter when her toddler was crying. I guess that she'd had enough of being a mum for a while...

Thorton Wolff had two funny ones. Despite the fact that he dislikes children, he had the wish to throw a birthday party for Davis. Then the very minute Davis became a kid, Thorton got the wish to send him to boarding school!

My sims that I totally neglect and dont let them leave the lot get a wish to order pizza.
