Length of Pregnancy in Hours?

I am playing this game with the baby stage slider set at only 2 days, so my Simmies don't stay babies for very long. Maybe some less than the two days.

Thanks everyone for the advice and insight. If you've read my story called "Seasons", a miscalculation on my part caused the main character to go into labor right when her wedding party started. ~smacks head~ At least I was able to incorporate this rare event into the storyline.
