I was just playing my sims 3 game, and i was playing around with the cheat. I discovered that you can actually raise your relationships with any sims by simply dragging the relationship meter up or down! I thought I should mention my discovery, because it isn't listed in the "cheats" section of the guide. <3

As far as I know, you still can. Just get him to move in.

That will be very easy. I think I will have him and my sims ghost daughter have a child.

I haven't tried this myself, but I've read in early update releases that you can no longer Try for Baby with Grim.  It was happening when Sims 3 was first released, but the developers took it out for some reason.  If anyone is successful in having a baby with Grim, be sure to let us know.

Did the grim babies have anything special about them?

The Grim babies were solid black.  I found a photo of Grim playing with his baby.  I don't think they had anything else special about them.

I knew this and several people did already. It also works with needs. I only found out about it from Sims 2 after finding the code, then just had to try it on Sims 3.

I tried the cheat and tried the bars, it didn't work for me, I think in the long run, would rather just make friends the old fashioned way, but I suppose that would come in handy for different reasons.

Sometimes it takes a few mins and some switching sims too work.

Salty, are you going into the Relationships screen and dragging the bars. I don't think you can do it while talking to someone.
