The Family pool! -well a pool- -kiko94-
« on: August 12, 2011, 05:04:31 PM »
Hi,
Some time ago I already built a pool, it was requested by pallyndrome to replace the one in bernacle bay wich was on a 40x40 lot, I promised to the users that I will make a smaller version wich fits in Sunset Valley, it replaces "little shark's pool" or whatever it was called, so it is a 30x28 lot, but can be placed on a bigger lot if you want elswhere then SV
Details
Lot Size : 30x28
Perfect placement: replaces Sunset Valley's pool
Price: For god's sake it is community lot why ask for it?
Used EP's: WA,(umbrellas),Ambitions (minimal things), Late Nigh ( only towels in the bathroom) and Generations (kid's stuff)
Overview

Zoom In Pictures

Small Adult Area, with hot tub, love seats and juice bars

Small Eating area with grills, there is another one with a buffet

Children Play area

Main Pool with lounge chairs

That's really nice. I like how you made it look like it had diving boards for the pool. Don't think I would of thought of doing that.

This is one of my favorite community lot builds I have found! :D

Quick question: Have you play-tested it? As in, have you taken Sims there, and was the placement of things like the grills and play area items fine? Just curious.

Either way, it looks amazing, and I will be downloading soon. Great job, Kiko!

EDIT: I see a picture of the play area where I think I should see the main pool. Is this what you meant to do?

Really awesome, Kiko, something tells me my Sunset Valley will undergo a full remodel quite soon. ;)
Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

It is such a great place for the whole family.  I loved the pool and that there is a playground near.  It is wonderful.
