Part 1, Chapter 1: To Lose the Best
It was all over for me. Nearly everything I had was burned to pieces. It started in the kitchen and spread to the upstairs bedrooms. Luckily I was at the gym working out but Dad wasn’t as lucky. One of the few rooms left from the flames barely touched is my bedroom. Your probably have no idea what I’m saying so I’ll begin from the start.

I was a 16 year old boy living an ordinary life, with only one parent. My mother left me and my father to live a life of fame, when I was just over 5 years old. My father was just like me but he preferred music instead of weights.

Once mum had left she had severely impacted our money. Dad had to get a job at the theatre. He was more of a laid back person and hated working but he did it, for me and my schooling. He was also a ladies-man and was in love with few of the women around town. It all lead up to this, the waffles, the weights, the doom.

I was off to do my usual Saturday morning exercises down at the gym. I had my mind set on becoming musclier but dad had other ideas.

He was home making himself breakfast. The firefighters said he was making waffles. We all knew he couldn’t cook but he wasn’t that bad. He was stupid enough to go read a book when he left the waffles in the oven. I had gotten home to a screaming fire alarm, 3 firefighters and a pile of ash. The firefighters tried to comfort me, but I crying out my little heart.

I was over, doomed. I knew I couldn’t live here anymore and I would need a new place to stay. I grabbed the last of dad’s remains, took any of my remaining clothes and was off. To the one place I could think of. My mother. She might be able to help me after I just lost the best thing I had.

Part 1, Chapter 2: I’m Here Bridgey
My flight to Bridgeport was long and tiresome. I arrived at my new home early in the morning. I had it decked out in furniture that suits me. I have over lots of cash leftover from my father’s will. I really miss him.

Before school, I went down to the store. It was the closest community lot to my house. I asked the lady at the counter where everything was and she helped me out by throwing me a map and shouting at me to leave. She said that I better be off to School.

My first day of school was filled with work and little play. I met one person who I think is a friend. Her name is Hannah Smyth.

I took a long jog home from school. The map the lady gave me, it was of the other island of Bridgeport. She really helped me! I ended up asking someone for directions.

I returned home and saw that I had bills. A few days of living here and bills!

I entered my house with a surprise.
‘Who, are you?’ I stuttered.
‘I’m Moxie Logan and I’m here to help you Tyler Asmon. I need to tell you about your mother.’

Part 1, Chapter 3: You Can’t Leave Bridgeport Yet

I took a seat before Moxie began to talk.
Moxie: I am Moxie Logan. I was one of families’ good friends. Your mother was the one who introduced me to the celebrity life. I remember seeing you when you where a little child. You’ve really grown.
Tyler: Go on.
Moxie: You’re mother left you for a reason. She left you as your family was being threatened. Someone was trying to kill your mother. The only way to stop him was for your mother to leave. She came to Bridgeport and stayed with me. During that time she introduced me to the celebrities, who I am now very good friends with.

Moxie: I was out jogging when I was given a call. The person threatening your mother followed her to Bridgeport. She’s gone to a new city. Currently I don’t know, but I will find out.
Tyler: So why are you helping me?
Moxie: Because when your father died your lawyer sent me a message. I’m living with you from today onwards.
Tyler: What! But there is no place for you to sleep!
Moxie: I’ve set up into the garage. I’ll be looking around for information on your mother. I don’t even know where she went.

Tyler: That’s fine but I can do what I want! Maybe even skip school a few times.
Moxie: You need to go to school each day and research whatever you can. Also, I won’t be going to wherever your mother is with you but you can’t go alone. By the end of the week choose someone to join you.
Tyler: You’ve planned this all out haven’t you? Wait, why can’t you come?
Moxie: The threatener is in Bridgeport. He’s a vampire. When you leave, I’ll be able to distract him.

Moxie: Anyway, it’s time to do homework!
Tyler: Awww.
So, now Moxie was living with me, giving me a hand with life. She’s a good lady. I need to think about the person who’s going to join me. Also, my dad must’ve freaked out Moxie when she went to sleep!

Part 1,Chapter 4: New Information
Tyler used to whinge about going to school some days. Now he just wants to go and hang out with his friend.

My usual day includes searching on the internet before my jog to work. Tyler doesn’t know what I am doing for him. Not at all, not what the SIMS is and what we are doing for him.

Today after work, I was off to meet a fellow SIM, Penelope. She was always working hard for the SIMS and today was no different. She was still researching before I arrived for our meeting!

Penelope: You’re late I see.
Moxie: Work went for a bit too long. What have you found out?
Penelope: First, has Tyler made his decision?
Moxie: Not yet. He still is deciding.
Penelope: He better hurry as we’ll be heading off soon.
Moxie: What! I’m a Bridgeport based agent. I don’t leave Bridgeport! I might hang with celebrities and live with a teenager but I know where I belong!
Penelope: I know. That’s why I’ll be taking Tyler and his friend. He’ll learn about SIMSS with his friend once we arrive.

Moxie: Where are you going anyway?
Penelope: Here take this. It has all the information you need.

Penelope: I have to go now. We are being watched. When driving home make sure no-one is tailing you.
She vanished in an instant.

I drove home to notice Tyler was sound asleep. It wasn’t late but he needed that sleep. He would be leaving soon, and the flight could be long.
I opened the box Penelope gave me to notice it was a laptop. I read through the only file on it before nearly falling out my seat.
