The Peddler DecaDynasty: FAILED. Graveyard, please.

I guess I haven't updated in a while, huh. Unfortunately, I must attend college. And surf the forum while in my computer class! I hate that my updates are less and less frequent. I will try to update soon, but I am also rotating through three stories so bear with me. I might even add a fourth here soon I can't decide. That and I've picked up my hefty collection of Pokemon games because they're easier to play on campus, so college + Pokemon = some distraction from sims. In summary, I apologize for the wait.

College is very fun. Even more fun as a sophomore because now I know where all the buildings are... Anywho!

Ch. 12: All Grown Up

So, upon returning home from Shang Simla, there were three days before the twin's young adult birthdays. Those flew by. I renovated the basement, which turned into a martial/athletic shrine for Kassy, and a Logic space for Katrina.


I also added a second story to the basement to house cars. $200,000 was burning a hole in my pocket and what better to spend it on than cars? The red one is Kassy's and the blue one is Kerri's.


Katrina reached the top of the Science career, and while experimenting, she set Kassy's bed on fire.


Luckily, the maid put it out!


Then it was birthday time. First is Kerri. Her last trait is Bookworm and her LTW is Celebrated Five Star Chef.



Followed by Kassy. Her last trait is Hates the Outdoors. She will be hibernating in the basement most of the time, anyways. Her LTW is Physical Perfection, which she achieved upon aging up.



Last thing on the list was to get Kerri's career started.


While there, I met this little guy. I've forgotten his name, but that's Mary Baker. She's married to Katrina's brother, Andre, which means he's Kerri's and Kassy's new cousin. He's a vampire, boo.

Thanks! Now that I think about it more, I'm glad Kerri is the heir and not Kassy. Kerri has a good mix of Jeremy's and Katrina's genetics, whereas Kassy is all Katrina. I can't wait to see what the third generation will look like! You know, I was thinking of firing the maid because she would get hungry halfway through her cleaning and then would eat and say she's all done. But it all in fact wasn't done. However, I am going to keep this brave maid.

Ch. 13: Kassy's in Love

Let's start with the others before we get to Kassy. Jeremy is 95 and he's still spending every waking second at the computer writing novels. Kerri is working on her career. She has Cooking maxed and only needs to learn five more recipes to get it SuperMaxed. Katrina is still working even though she's already a Mad Scientist. She gardens and upgrades most of the time. Oh, and she likes to do science experiments on just about everything.


And this is August Boston. He was also in the previous picture. Kassy has taken quite a shine to this boy. I find it kind of odd that they have the same hair color even though it's not a default color and it's not saved to my game.

And now it's time for Katrina's elder birthday. I think she ages up pretty nicely.



Poor Jeremy missed the party.


Kassy invites August over to ask him an important question. She's so very in love with him.


August: *gasp!* Of course I'll marry you, Kassy! I love you and only you!


The next day, Kassy throws a bachelorette party. I missed pictures of the dancers, but Kassy did befriend one of them. Here's a shot of her spraying Jenny, though!


And Kassy's uncle Andre passed out. Jeremy had to ask him to leave since he kept passing out on the floor at like 3 in the morning instead of leaving.


Lastly, a third floor has been added to the Peddler household. I'll get pictures of it later, but Kassy invites August over and brings him up to her new room. They have a private wedding ceremony with just the two of them. Dopey look, check!



Do you see any nooboos in their future?


I'm not so sure... because it turns out that August has another love interest! I made sure he broke that off immediately. That girl (forgot her name) actually accused him of cheating as soon as she arrived on the lot.


Hmm, I don't know how Kassy is gonna feel about this!

I just found your story, Moons.  It's positively delightful! 

The reason Clark always laughed at birthdays is because of his Inappropriate trait.  And did you say your gifting idea didn't work?  You tried to gift the Young Again potion to the bride?  I guess it wasn't in her inventory when you started controlling her.  That's a real shame because that was a brilliant idea.

I've seen other things that were gifted show up in the inventory when I took over control (like flowers), but I guess something like a Collection Helper has to actually be earned within a household.

Flowers have been the only thing I've seen in other sim's inventories when I take over control of them. That and like 8 big lemons, haha.

Ch. 14: Family Additions

Good news, everyone! Kassy is preggers!


August is really happy about it.


And Kassy has something to tell you. If you're pregnant, just do some meditation. Nothing makes a happy unborn baby like meditation!


Watch out, Kassy! Katrina set fire to your bed! Don't get in there!


That's right. I was having Katrina upgrade some furniture on the new third floor (the only completed room is Kassy's room), and Katrina was performing an experiment on Kassy's bed right as Kassy was climbing in to it. Of course it had to set fire. I really need to invest in Fireproof Homestead. This is like the 4th fire or something. August came in to help put the fire out while Katrina passed out on the floor. She's such a coward, haha. Kassy called the fireman twice, but he didn't show up until the fire was put out and half of the room was destroyed.


There's the fireman cowering in the corner.


The next day, Kassy was overcome by something...

Kerri takes time out of her busy schedule to spend time with her niece. Kerri has everything completed except friends, career, and tombstone. Jeremy is already 99.


What's this? Kassy is pregnant again?!

August: I think you might just be hungry.

Congratulations on the beautiful baby girl. A part of me hopes that Kerri can get her requirements done soon as possible another part wants to see the new nooboo and watch Krista grow up.

It's too bad I can't do both. But the rest of the family really need something to do while waiting for Kerri to become an Adult. I figured nooboos would make the family and the readers happy!
