I like occults, but I hate vampires anyways. Or better said, I hate the excess of vampires. Vampires are cool actually, but I hate how the entire neighborhood seems to become one during the first week game-time. Same with celebrities.

I just found out something new that I hate, and came here to post about it... and now I don't know what it was anymore LOL. I guess I have the absent-minded trait   ::).

I'm with you because they seem like they don't know that the sun hurts them. I hope you can throw the vampire sunscreen at vampires because it would keep them from dying.

Toddlers have horrifically upturned mouth corners, no matter what their adult form is. Even if I put the "mouth corners rotate" slider all the way to the left, they still have upturned corners. At least adults don't have this issue.

I never understood why everyone was so annoyed with celebrities and vampires. I kind of like them, because it's Sims, these things are suppose to happen once in a while. I mean, I wish someone could send me a wide screen TV just for being a celebrity. I never understood the hate for stray animals. I think all Sims should adopt and befriend a stray. I guess real life has a lot to do with it.

I am annoyed with the fact that the cheap toilets and sinks are always broken. Typically, I'll replace it with a nicer more expensive version, but even that still breaks.

I also hate that everyone has the same voice after two generations. I mean, it's not Sims 2! I think voices need to be programed at random. Or the player should choose.

I've never noticed that but I have noticed that Toddlers always seem to have big noses and they all look alike too. ::)

I don't mind strays, I have a ghost of a stray cat on my lot that comes out every few nights, haunts something then curls up on a bed or couch and goes to sleep. It's quite cute actually lol. My problem with strays is that I can never befriend them, I get a few interactions in, then they run away, they don't show up again until days later and by that time any relationship built up with them has dropped.  :(

It's not that I hate vampires and celebrities. Vampires are cool and celebrities... well, they are not too bad and it's always nice to get discounts and gifts LOL. But I hate the fact that after 2 weeks game-time, the whole town seems to become a vampire, and I hate how celebrities get called 1049484738292022 times a day by an agent offering the same opportunities again and again. And I hate papparazis too, but the good thing is, I now have a genie to banish them  ;D. EA should definitely fix it so that it's not so overwhelming... or better, add options so that players could set it up themselves!

And strays... in my case it's the same as with vampires. I like strays, they are nice and add a great realistic feature to the game. But sometimes they are just too many. Or maybe it's a glitch, but I've had houses literally been stoked by strays, and my laptop is not exactly the best in the world, so you can imagine the lagging and freezing in my game when that happens. But I have noticed that it's more like an Appaloosa Plains issue. I'm playing in Riverview right now and there are strays, but it's a pretty normal amount.

I love sims 3, but I really hate the icecream van that sits outside your house at 4am in the morning  :o
Doesn't it have anything better to do?

Inventors really take a hit in blowing stuff up...when other Sims get caught in the explosion...like in the SV junkyard...whenever I go there, it seems like half the town, though really like 8 other Sims, show up and just hang around, and when I through the tnt into a junk pile and it blows everything up, they all get caught in the explosions and then get mad at me.  Maybe it's just that everything in the junkyard is so close together that blowing anything up triggers a chain reaction that blows everything up.

Oh, that just made me giggle. I think I'm going to have a laughing fit... But you're right, the junk yard can be problematic. I usually just send my Simbot there because everybody already hates him anyway, poor guy.

If this is true, and if it doesn't bring too many new bugs to replace the old one... this will be the best patch and EP EA has ever released! LOL, if that patch does everything I've heard it does, I will be the first person to install it.

I always buy the cheap toilets and sinks because they do break a lot. But I always have someone with the handiness skill and like cheap items to get the ten plumbing repairs and any repaired after that becomes unbreakable. Then I'll replace all the cheap items with better items and when they break and I repair them they are unbreakable and upgrade it to self cleaning and you have a sink or toilet that's both unbreakable and self cleaning.
A clear conscience is usually a sign of a bad memory.

I just had a handy sim upgrade the toilet to unbreakable because it was seemed to break every three days. I put self-cleaning on the shower because that doesn't break too often. In another household I'm playing, I have the most expensive tub and it's never broken. I can't wait until I upgrade the first's bathroom.

The most expensive tub is the triangle, yes?

That's broken more than my Sim's lower grade showers  :o

Yep, that's the triangular one. Yours breaks that much?! Sheesh.

But I'm no stranger to that. There was one household I played with that had the cheapest washer and dryer. Never broke. But the pricier ones? Broke at least four times.

Speaking of breaking, I hate how frequently super sleepers break  >:(
