I have Twallan's saver mod and it still doesn't stay paused when I load up the game after I saved it while it had been paused.
If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0.

This is just an annoyance.

So, I was playing my game where I set up a family of sims. The husband, just became an elder. He dies, the first time I thought because he was fixing the toylet. I restarted the game..

He died a second time. Not sure why. He just died. Now I have a family of five in morning.

Sims dying. Great. What do I do now? --;

I also don't like how you can't cancel the action to scold a child or teen

Ugh, same here. *grumble*

Sorry, I can't speak to that.  I'm using the autosave function of Awesomemod.

It's an exaggerated feature. My sim scolded her teenage roomate for leaving the house (playing tag with a neighbor) at night. O_O

Twallan's Saver mod works fine for me, so all I can suggest is make sure you have the most recent one and/or post a question on the N'Raas Wiki.

Definitely. I don't like how any adult in the household can scold a sim. The police officer is pretty annoying too. My teen sim got picked up across the street from her house and the curfew had just started.

Building is so difficult! I will spend hours creating a mansion, and then lose it! It annoys me so much!

That's easily fixed by regular saving.

With Twallan's saver mod there's an option in the settings for the game to be paused or not after loading a save file. Check that and see how it's set.

..It kinda annoys me how Twinbrook doesn't get much love with it's odd residents and filthy sewers. So, i've started the LGTSL Foundation: Let's Give Twinbrook Some Love. Come on, we all love the city.

I think Twinbrook is awesome, the most realistic of the EA towns.

Today's annoying behavior belongs to pets.  Not only do they continue little autonomous actions before accepting an interaction from a human sim, but once they get themselves lined up (which is annoying all unto itself), they start up with the autonomous actions again before starting the real interaction.  I'm so glad that save just had a baby age up to toddler so there will be someone with lots of time to fill his social meter.

Oh, yeah, pet social meters.  Plain old annoying.  I wish they could go up slowly just by being close to their BFF, like maybe there could be a "hang out with Dodo" action.

Speaking of Pets, what annoys me is that you can control Simlish pets, yet you can't control real life pets. Like my energetic Maltipoo :-\

You made me think of my (deceased) cat, Midnight. He was always running around and jumping on things. His favorite place to sleep was on top of the fridge! He was a greedy lil' cat too! Would steal the food right off my dinner plate!

I think you guys are more annoyed with real life, than the actual Sims game.  ;) That's exactly why I play Sims, because I don't like real life. I deal with real life, but that doesn't mean I like it. ;D

Personally, I prefer the slightly unrealistic towns, like BB or HS. I like Riverview, because it's got my favorite TS2 families in it.

I think what annoys me is Sunset Valley being too repetitive.

I don't think HS is too unrealistic actually. The actual landscape of it, not the theme. It reminds me of somewhere cold, not Scotland because it's not as green as that here but maybe Iceland or something. That's part of the reason my dynasty was set there. :)
