What does "moviemakercheatsenabled true" do?

What does "moviemakercheatsenabled true" do?

Gives you the ability to choose trait, moodlet, etc animations for your sims.

I usually just spam the "C" key on my keyboard to take pictures. I just press it a million times and usually there's a decent photo in the mix.  :D

I tried that, and ended up pressing C for things like the names of nectar blends and such.  It annoyed me enough that I no longer do such.

Something else that annoys me is that sims seem to not know how to go around each other. Every time two sims cross each other's path, they stop and one has to go before the other. Just walk around each other!

Same here, sims have definite pathing problems. Or they are just super polite! lol  :D.

It's funny, just the other day I was wandering about my flat and said to myself, "Man, this place has pathing problems."

Nots: overuse of the word, "pregnant"  :P

I also hate how we can't adjust pregnancy length, nor make a pregnant sim in CAS. I mean, for the CAS part, the pregnant mother would have to mix genetics with the father (like play with genetics, except results aren't shown) and choose a short, medium, or long pregnancy. She can either start off unknowing she's pregnant, or with the pregnant moodlet. The wardrobe would come with maternity clothing. Sim mothers should change their wardrobe (and only wardrobe!) during pregnancy. Not everyone knows the maternity clothing trick.

We also should pause pregnancy. Like, stop the pregnancy where it's at, keep the current bump size, and so forth. Good for stories.

Either that EA, or give our pregger females a dedicated stuff pack or patch. Heck, why not an expansion pack? The Sims 3: Pregnant Stuff for Pregnant Sims.

(why am I talking about pregnancy when I don't wanna be pregnant? Oh, Kirby. )

Oh, and: PREGNANT PREGNANT PREGNANT PREGNANT!!!!

Firstly, Meteors!  Hate them!!!

They always land fair and square on my perfect veggie patch and obliterate it.  They also manage to wipe out all the masterpiece sculptures and high end furniture in my garden except for the letter box and rubbish bin which (somehow) remain intact.

How... how often do you encounter meteors?  I've got about 300 hours played according to the Steam counter, and I've only had one land.  My sims do spend some time outside since I have all of them plant at least a few things so that they can stock up on perfect ingredients for their pancakes, autumn salads, and spaghetti.

I knew this had to be a highly random rate, but it sounds like you are getting them at a much, much higher rate than me.

FWIW, I have all the expansions and stuff packs save for town life stuff.

Strangely, I had my first meteor strike right after reading this thread. Poor Goodwin Goode was running around putting out fires while Jenni just stood there with her singed clothes and hair.

I've never had a meteor, and I've been playing for a while now. Ugh, I actually want just for the experience. I just hope now I don't get one in my legacy file!  :P

I got my first meteor during my legacy game. Thankfully, my founder was only singed and she got to meet all her new neighbors :P

Second meteor landed on my magicians motorcycle which wasn't a big deal because she never rode it because the limo takes her everywhere.
Did I mention not having a choice about using the limo annoys me?

My first meteor was in a challenge. Luckily, it didn't effect my sim as she was on the other side of the lot when it fell.  :)

I was not so lucky with my second meteor, which happened shortly after I quit that file to play my dynasty. The meteor completely decimated the perfect garden I had spent so much time growing. It wasn't two bad though because I had all the fruits and vegetables stocked up, but it still stung. It took more than a sim week to get the garden back to its former glory and even then it wasn't as big since the meteor struck while the 2nd gen heir was a teenager.

I also happen to be tokophobic (and a whole lot of other -phobics)

I've never gotten a meteor in any Sims game I had where they were possible. I could have a sim sitting outside all day and nothing would happen.
