Things that annoy you in the Sims

It annoys me that I found out that fish is a harvestable...after I sold them. Boo, hiss!

I understand that, and I do believe that someone in EA not accustomed to metric measurements stuffed up the weights.  But I see images of my poor little Sim holding up this 84kg fish and I've just got to shake my head at the absurdity.  I feel like my Sims are my friends because I generally play the same couple over and over again in different locations and houses.  So whenever I leave the computer, I imagine they down tools and have a break... not unlike that Kit Kat ad a few years back.   

Considering Sims put cars, CARS, into their pocket like it's a quarter they found on the street, it shouldn't be all that surprising.

Meteors annoy me too. I haven't had to many, but the few I've ever had, always occurred at the worst possible moment. Like when my singer is performing, what I was sure was going to be, a legendary performance and a meteor falls, killing her and three other people. Not cool.

I also don't like when I'm trying to get a picture or screenshot, and then someone's phone rings.

I got a mod that gets rid of the visual for the phones, because that did really bother me.

It's annoying if they are not in the right position when I take a picture so I must always pause, unpause, pause again... Drives me Mad!

I usually just spam the "C" key on my keyboard to take pictures. I just press it a million times and usually there's a decent photo in the mix.

I can't do that because it makes my game slow down and it can take a while to get back up to speed.

I'm trying to train myself to do the 'repeatedly pressing C' thing, but I can't help but continue what I usually do: Walls up, roof on, pause, take picture. I think I just don't want to have to sift through masses of screenshots. I can spend ages trying to get the best angle. Admittedly, some of my better pictures were actually tooken with the game unpaused!

Hey, you know what is annoying? Well, you know how sims can slightly turn their heads or change position when you pause them? The most annoying thing ever is probably when you pause to take a picture and then they shift out of the position you were trying to capture!!

Oh, I always pause the game for the portraits, because I tend to have bad luck with the portrait shots - the sim closes their eyes!

My game pauses automatically when someone poses for a portrait. At that point I press whichever key it is to make the portrait large click c and off we go. Tip for dynasty players large portrait as opposed to medium portrait equals a more valuble painting.

Same! It's like a movie setup. Especially with stories..it's complicated, you have to:

1. Pause the game and angle camera.
2. Enter "testingcheatsebsbled true" and "moviemakercheatsenabled true"
3. Delete whatevers in the background.
4. Hooray, a sim's head is in the wrong position! Repeat step 1.
5. Make sure everything is okay.
6. Take picture.
