Things that annoy you in the Sims

Horses walking backwards for no reason, pathing issues, and loading times. Rawr. Also, the smaller animals (dogs and cats) are so slow if they're not running! And I don't get why they don't walk towards each other instead of one waiting patiently, probably miles away, for the other one to get there...

Finally arriving home after a stressfilled day at work - only to discover that there is yet another patch....and it's 1 G!!!!

*Rants* The Pet adoption shelter set up shop at my Sim's friend's house on the day she asked him to move in! He bought 4 Kitties with him! Normally I would be estatic about getting so many Kitties but my Sim just didn't have the money to keep them all, not even until they could be adopted. It made me sad to delete that game but I felt like I had no choice. *Is upset*

You could have bought a pet bowl. The cheapest one. And give them up for adoption one by one. Cats don't need beds or a litter box to survive.

Something that annoys me in the Sims is when a sim takes all day to feed, play with and snuggle their baby because they spent most of the time just standing there next to the crib while holding the baby and did nothing despite the fact that their were several actions already queued up.

It also annoys me when you throw a birthday party outside and all the guest are complaining about how they can't get inside the house (doors lock to anyone outside of household). I'm like "I don't want you leaving half eaten plates of cake all over my kitchen so the party is outside. Go celebrate the birthday." But their just stomping and yelling at me like "I can't get inside to use the pool table. I want to use the pool table."

With the addition of showtime, a new annoyance has appeared. It annoys me that my Singer/Acrobat/Magician sim will set up to play for tips away from where all the townies are located on that lot, so in the end only like two people actually watch them perform and there are like 10 others on the other side of the lot.

This isn't really something wrong with The Sims per se, but one of mine just got back from a vacation in France and forgot to purchase that nectar rack I wanted.  Sure, I could cheat it in, but I had hoped to avoid that.  It's too bad France is another three day vacation and 15 minute load time away.

You don't have to cheat to get a nectar rack. It is in buy mode. I think it is under  storing. Just filter world adventures and you will find it. Haven't bought it in a while.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned this but, the foreigners leaving exactly at 4pm annoys me. I'm never really able to find them again and if i'm lucky enough too, there is never enough time to befriend them.

Rauugh! Do you know what I deeply hate about Sims 3? Waiting 22hours to download a simple patch, then have an error message popup saying the download failed. Now what do you do? You HAVE TO endure at least 24 more hours to redownload that patch!!!

I personally am not a big fan of the stock ambitions buildings facing the wrong direction in towns other than Twinbrook. Consignment store in Riverview is backwards, fire station and salon has to be rotated 90 degrees, etc.

Yay, my annoyance led to something helpful!  You know, I should have known that already.  I've seen it tons of times there, and I looked in buydebug and it wasn't there, so it has to be somewhere.  Thanks!
