I put a WA food register in Han's Cafe in Hidden Springs, and the guy who works at it wears nothing but a hospital gown  :o

This has probably already been mentioned in this thread, but one of my biggest peeves with the game has to do with pathing priorities, finding alternative seating, etc.

I recently had a Sim out running errands on the other side of town, and was queued to eat leftovers after completing the errands.  I sent another Sim to eat leftovers, and that Sim stood by the fridge for awhile, and then went off to do something else - because the Sim that was across town apparently had pathing priority.  A similar thing happens if I order a Sim in another part of the house to eat leftovers - instead of walking toward the fridge, they will stand there and wait until another Sim is finished at the fridge before they will begin walking to it.  It's pretty hard to do family mealtime, because by the time the last Sim gets to the food, the first ones have finished eating.

Birthday parties are pretty chaotic, too.  Even though I have beaucoup seating, I invariably have multiple Sims all planning to sit on the same seat, devolving into an "I can't get there" dance party and most of the cake ends up on the floor.  It would be nice if a Sim looking for a place to eat would go sit somewhere else if his/her first choice is taken.

I'm sure the pathing algorithm is incredibly complex.  It's great that, for example, a Sim standing in front of the dishwasher will move out of the way when another Sim wants to use it.  Still, there is a lot of room for improvement.

Meanwhile, I guess we can laugh at those silly Sims.

I like to pretend that random sims generated in hospital gowns are escaped mental patients.

Well, at least our Sims are very polite...;)

I've played 3DS as well as PC versions of The Sims 3, and once on the 3DS I was going bathroom, then all of a sudden my boyfriend walks in on me and I get an interaction to make out with him. Yeah...

Why can't the game accept that you don't want to go to a party.  When you click on the "no thanks" that should be the end of it.  Instead the erstwhile host rings you in the wee hours of the morning to say you didn't turn up and they missed you...  Yeah right.  Half the time when you go to a party, the host is yawning.  Before you can get a greeting in or ask about their day, he/she has gone to bed!

The other annoying caller is the pet adoption agency who wants you to adopt a dog, cat etc.  When I want a pet, I have your digits, I'll make the call!

Or the spay/neuter clinic?  Get that cat fixed!

Your better off accepting, then arrive say Hi and leave. My celebrity was disgraced by a rumor right after refusing. Guess they were mad.

This has been bugging me for awhile.  There is not official pet store where you can buy pets.  You can only adopt or go to create a sim and create one there.  Also,  having to create a sim to create a pet.  I mostly just do random with them and either get rid of them or move them into the town.

This is one of the reasons why I had to return Pets to Target- twice.

It annoys me, but I still like the expansion pack.

Also, something I'm really upset about.  No pet bunnies.  I would love to recreate my late bunny as a pet.  So in a way I would still have her.

It annoys me that the trait "born salesman/woman" isn't actually avaliable when a sim is first born. I mean c'mon.
If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0.

I think punishment is really annoying and should be totally optional. This is Sims. Sims should not be punished for bad behavior. I don't mind that it's only a little bit of realism and in basic form, however punishment and laundry is a little too far for the Sims. There should be an EA patch, or even a mod, that fixes this.

It would at least be nice if punishment could be cancelled from a sim's queue.  It's a waste of time to have a perfectly happy family be angry at one another because Susie was nice enough to do the dishes after breakfast and missed the bus by a minute as a result.  Instantaneous anger shouldn't be the result if Susie tries to hop on her bike to make it to school after all.
