If everyone has their own room, you could just lock the door to everyone but them.

Or if certain people share a room you could just have multiple doors and lock each one accordingly.

Great suggestion.  I do have a couple of people sharing a room and multiple doors.

Just buy them each a sleeping bag and put it in their invetorty if there is not a bed available they have a sleeping bag.

Since I bought my sims a water slide all they do is play on that thing if I don't tell them to do other things. Or they play with the sprinklers and get all dirty again, right after I've had them take shower because they are about to head out to a party. They seem completely obsessed with water!

Sims do seem completely obsessed with water. Whether it's the sprinkers or the hot tub, they're always crowding it!

Okay, here's the champion of annoying.  My sim had a child out of wedlock, on purpose, of course.  Now she has a bad reputation and . . . her cat is no longer her friend.  Dumb dumb dumb.

No idea.  She's only a tiny little kitten herself.  Here's another kicker: the mother's relationship decreased with the baby's father.  You know, I think she'd be entitled to her own reduction in her relationship with him.  That would only be fair.  Other than that, the neighborhood cat lady thinks she's a little less awesome, the maid is indifferent and all the wild horses are just a little suspicious.  But the dog's still her BFF.  What a screwy combination of Late Night nonsense.

To be honest, I love watching animals have their own mindset and intelligence. I mean this is Sims. Sims is supposed to have some sort of unrealistic element that's left up to the player's imagination. It has since day one. If the game was completely realistic, it would simply be boring.

What really annoys me is with the Daycare profession, a parent drops their kid off, the daycare man/lady (depending on your Sim's gender), tries to pick the kid up, but the kid is stuck unable to join the rest of the clan in daycare.

 I hate it when I tell two sims to go inside and they just stand outside the door waiting with their hands on their hips and tapping their feet. They are waiting for each other!

That's a bug.  It's not supposed to do that.  You might not have it happen in a different game file.

As of right now, IT really annoys me when my sim is trying to get into bed and the darn cat/dog is sleeping there! And then as soon as they are shoo'd off they get right back on before the sim gets into bed..
