EA's SP is so annoying that I am  going to buy more RAM for my laptop partly so I can install Nraas' SP in my game without frying the computer! Seriously, I wanted my sim to marry one of the Grandpas in Riverview (they are single and old and I thought they would die soon  ;D). I go to their house, make my sim meet them and what happens? the three of them have become vampires, so they won't die anytime soon.  >:(

That with the burglars is interesting though. I'm in week 7 game-time and I have never had any, and the house has a nice amount of interesting stuff to steal. I'm playing in Riverview so maybe it's more frequent in some towns than in others.

I absolutely hate burglars! My legacy family has been burglarized so many times that it's ridiculous! Not even a security fence keeps them out.

I've played the same sim over many games, started in many different houses and had many different careers and i've noticed if she starts on the big empty plot, for me that's Riverblossom Hills in Riverview, she gets burgled more from the very outset, I took to putting her hard won toilet and shower in family inventory at night so they wouldn't get stolen, nothing but her bed was out and once the burglar took that after I got her up to call the police.

Also if anybody in the family is in the police force, they seem to attract burglars. Not sure if the inherited 'can apprehend buglar' trait counts towards this too, maybe it does.

One of my current annoyances is career outfits, the random things it dresses people in is so irritating, especially when they don't even require one as they are self employed, for example in my current game it chose this for self employed sculpter  ::)

And why do they always put them on in the evening after a shower.

More realistic genetics would be great: in one of my games, the father of one of my sims has dark skin, dark eyes, dark hair. Mother: Green hair (imaginary friend), green eyes, dark skin.

Now the child: Blue eyes, blonde hair, white skin? Nowhere in the family tree does anyone have this! I know genetics in sims can be a little random at times, but really? It's makes me feel like the childrens are cuckoos  :'(

I'm wondering what the heck is up with Story Progression in my current game. So far in 14 game weeks completed, faithfully checking the newspaper every day, other than the "pregnant on opening day" baby boom you get in Appaloosa Plains, not one single child has been born outside my family. I'm not sure if that's better or worse than a previous game where the only townies having babies involved a vampire as one or both parents.

Meanwhile a lot of sims have suffered accidental deaths.

Nraas is supposed to have a good genetics system with the Extra Storyprog module installed.

I have noticed that EA's SP seems too try to breed out Twinbrook's ugly though  :o

I don't think there's much you can do against the ugliness of Twinbrook's residents though  ;D

I dunno, I opened up a clean Twinbrook (Modless) and very soon, Twinbrook looked rather normal, instead of the Bunches' extended family.

My biggest pet peeve is the vehicle snatch.

I don't use a lot of vehicles and the first is usually a motorcycle. I also have a bad habit of sending my gardener to the consignment store at the last minute.

One day I sent him at 3 PM (in Bridgeport), then clicked over to another sim to monitor them. When I clicked back on him, he was riding a bicycle to the shop.

His high school age daughter had magically snatched the motorcycle to ride to an opportunity at the Science lab. Needless to say, he never made it by 5.

You really have to be aware of who is doing what and where your vehicles are at the time. I just don't understand how they can port the vehicle anytime they want.

But for every pet peeve, there is a reward. I'm also annoyed by paparazi. One night, I send out my dog to chase the offender away. Much to my delight, he had the option to pee on him. Didn't see that pap for quite a few days  :)

Papparazis are so annoying! I now have a genie to banish them though  ;D they are supposed to disappear forever when you do that, but there's one who allways comes back  >:(

To deal with the paparazzi I made a vampire  a level 5 celebrity.  He has the friendly and charasmatic traits, and I gave him the attractive reward.  He makes friends with them as soon as they wander onto his lot, then offers to turn them.  He's never been rejected.

They still come around of course.  But at least during the daytime hours they start to smolder after a short while.  They run off as soon as that happens which is a shame, since I was hoping they'd self cremate waiting to get that perfect shot.  Still, it is funny to me to see them start to smoke, and they are more limited that way.  And it just feels so appropiate to have every papparazzi in town be a bloodsucking monster.

True to that  ;D

The genie works pretty well though. I mean, I have one who allways ends up coming back eventually, but all the others I have banished have... banished forever. I guess the one that comes back is glitched somehow.

I love you Grim really but why must you crash nearly every party I throw and why do you somehow always know how to pick your moment?!

First time, one of my sims was in the middle of banishing a ghost (He's in the Ghostbuster career or whatever it's called) and Grim shows up to claim the resident cat.  ::)

2nd time I was about to throw a party for one of my sims to age up to a toddler and Grim showed up, sadly this time for one of my own sims.  :( He hung around to claim the soul of the paparazzi that died on my lot a few minutes later.

Then there were the two stray cats that died on my lot.

Lately it just seems that everything my Sims try to do gets interrupted by someone dying. Can I just throw a party in peace, just once ... please Grim?! Lol.

Want to get rid of a Paparazzi? Just throw a party and invite them or wait for them to show up. Grim loves parties. :P

My problems

1.Long loading times, I can complete sims Urbz in the time it takes to load france or any other neighborhood or quit

2.EA SP, It always moves away sims who I like unless I go on EVERY household and go on their children when born! so bad I got a SP mod and have not regretted it one slight bit I mean VJ Alvi and Dorie Hart had a Kid!

3.Ghost and other reactions. I had a sim raise a ghost and he was a ghost and was still shocked :(

4. False Accusations, They always happen on vacation where I can't get rid of it!

5. Autographs and Pictures, It would be nice if they could stack not remove all my stuff I put for them to do

6. Dance together, Just like the above except more common

7. Stupidity, I've had sims make quick drinks and they put their drinks in the bathroom and trapped themselves with their spouse and they divorced on their own!

8. Ea's Selfishness, They actually hinted at NRAAs Traveller mod in a live stream!
