Four sims merge as one on return from China.

Reset sim didn't work for me?? My family returned from China and all FOUR of them are blended into the one Sim, standing in the middle of nowhere miles away from their home. Zombie family!   None of them can move or do a thing. aaahh. I tried to reset them as individuals and as resetsim * but didn't move. I have moved on and gone back to a previous save but it would be good to know if others have had this issue and/or have a solution. Thanks heaps.

If nothing works and if you can access Edit Town, try to move the family to the clipboard (without home) and then move them back in their home (or another one). They should be back home like that.
