Installing Patterns suggests Ambition Update Available

I have a question - I just tried to install a pattern I made and another from someone else in the Swap Shop and when I click it to install both I get a message saying an update for the Sims 3 Ambitions is available.  Has this happened to anyone else? 
I completely uninstalled and reinstalled everything about a week ago and I am all patched up.  Is anyone else getting the same message when trying to install a pattern?   As of now I said no to the update.  When I go into my Launcher it does say I am up to date.
