If anyone wants to know anything about Hidden Springs before they buy it don't be afraid to ask me, I don't mind getting pictures or finding out stuff.  :)

Do you know where there is Death Flowers and/or life fruit?

I don't have hidden springs but I heard from somewhere there are two death flowers on the royal family's property...the Vanderburgs?  I'm not sure though.

Do you think hidden springs is worth buying?  I haven't got any EPs yet, but I'm considering getting hidden springs.

The Winterly Family has two death flowers in their garden in the yard.

I purchased a new video card and set most graphics on high and tweeked it some.  These are two landscape screenshots and looks like they turned out pretty good.  This is a really lovely town, once I started roaming around and have already visited four households and kinda fixed them up.  The Free Spirit house has some really good sims to play around with.

@imaGleek: I have not come across Life Fruit yet. If I do I will post it here.

@Salty: That second screenshot of the waterfall is gorgeous. At first glance it looks like a real waterfall!

Is there actually a Hidden Spring? Or is that just the name?

I think the name is a reference to the Fountain of Youth, which ironically isn't hidden - you have to place it via Edit Town.

Maybe it's called "Hidden Springs" because you have to "hide" the "spring"?  What they should have done is made a storyline out of finding the fountain of youth.  Maybe it could be overgrown and hidden somewhere and if you find it only then can you buy your own fountain?  Or maybe they should have made it really hard to find, with heaps of clues, then the first sim to uncover it will have the chance to grant one person, themselves or otherwise, eternal life.

Salty, one of the Sims from the Free Spirit house is staring in my decadynasty. I have noticed a fair few rich Sims perfect for an immortal dynasty.
I am really loving this town perhaps because of the different coloured townies but maybe because it looks so fresh and new. Right now I am enjoying meeting all the new townies or should I say having my Sim meet all the new townies.

The colored sims are so cute and of course, I had to go to the sims store and purchase a few outfits for them.  I found a really nice long dress towards the end of the clothes for women that is absolutely perfect and of course had to get the outfits with the wings for the kids, good grief, lol.  Really enjoying it too, so off to play some more.  Have fun. :)

Wow, I just found out about Hidden Springs (I'm slow), and it looks really good! I kind of want to get it from all the rave reviews it is receiving over here, but I want Pets even more...
@Salty, thanks for the pictures, the town looks beautiful!

It finally downloaded  :D. I'm excited to play, but people paying with Canadian Dollars really get ripped off whe they buy simpoints.

I got tired of the Canadian dollar mark-up at the Sims 3 store.  I have been buying my sim points from Origin (http://store.origin.com/) for a while now.  When you register, you can link to your Sims 3 site user name and the points will show up in your user account.  Origin has only US prices, so you don't pay a mark-up, only the exchange rate charged by your credit card;  when our Canadian dollar is high, you get a good deal.

The only thing I thought was really terrible, was the all concrete park.  Do not know what EA was thinking on that one, so I redid it for now.  Still have some work to do, but this is what I have so far. :)
