Hidden Springs - New Downloadable World!

Not to sound too frivolous or off topic with this, but did your sister get the Fairy Folke Collection with the new town? I remember Barnacle Bay had the pirated themed items, and so far they showed the Fairy Folke objects.

I mean, did she get the Fairy Folke attire too?

I just downloaded it and sent my sim to the library for some skilling.  Once again, EA did not put the skill books in the library, so you will have to add the book corral via Edit Town.

LOL I put it on my wishlist. Our wipers went out in the front of the van and so we have to have a new motor, plus the front right rack and pinion has to be replaced.    So I'm broke unless my fairy grandmother/father/son or something loves me. LOL have fun everyone. I'm loving the new screen shots that they are posting on the forums over there though.

You do not get any of the fairy folk attire with it. I do have shots of the new clothing (do not get excited there isn't much)






It is very pretty and there are a lot of venues to visit(night spots,clubs etc etc. The green Sims just have the green skin no special abilities or traits that I could see. It is nicely spread out but travel takes about the same as Sunset valley which is good.

For dynasty players.
I could only see two fishing spots but there is water all the way round so fishing should not be a problem. There is no pond in the graveyard so not sure where you would catch death fish.
I found a few seeds but not sure as of yet if there are any special seeds.
No book Coral in the library.
Seems to be a good mixture of rich and poor households including an Alto.
According to the Sims 3 forum there is a 64 by 64 lot. I found an empty lot costing around 8000 Simoleans I cannot remember of the top of my head how big it was.

Although a part of me wants to find it by myself, has anyone found the "hidden spring"?  If so, maybe I'll take just a clue about what area it might be located in.

EDIT:  Oh, and there is a small pond at the cemetery and it looks like the deathfish is in there.

I read on the TS3 forum that you need to place the fountain yourself.

When I watched the live chat on youtube the other day it seemed to me that there was already a spring placed in Hidden Springs in the 'Woods' part of town.  Sorry I can't remember exactly where it is at or where it appeared to be in the demonstration.  Hope you find it (if it is there lol).

The woman said 'She placed her Fountain in the ...' I got the impression you choose where somehow. I am still undecided, I thought it would come with more than just a World and a Fountain. I mean Barnacle Bay was great value compared to this, from what I have seen from Videos and Pics so far.

Anyone else notice the Fishing spot way over in the corner with no water?  I think the name was Meadow Beach.  Thought it was funny that I couldn't find any water even though it's called a fishing spot.
