Not getting the beautiful vista mood when indoors

Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't you get the beautiful vista mood even when you're inside if you have windows in the room. I thought I use to any way.
I'm only getting it when my sims steps outside now. Is this something new, a bug, or just me remembering wrong?

As far as I know, it worked with patch 1.22 and if you have windows in the room. Don't know if the latest patch broke something, though. Might be able to test soon, in my Dynasty. :)

I should have played a few more minutes before windowing out to ask. My sims just got back from the hospital with they're new son and the baby gets the moodlet  everywhere in the house but the parents don't. So I guess it's just a bug connected to them.

Beautiful vista works as it should on all sims in my Immortal dynasty house so it should just be an unfortunate bug in your game.

Yeah, it's most likely them being bugged then. :(

Looks that way.
The sad part is I just moved them to the big empty lot next to the Landgraabs and built a house there just for the moodlet and now they don't get it. :(

I even tried copying them to the library and placing them in a new Sunset Valley but it's the same thing there also. But that did fix my aging bug. :)
