I could save it to my documents, but when I tried to open it I couldn't find it in the launcher.

Have you ever successfully uploaded from the Swap Shop?  You don't need to save the file to My Documents.  You just click on the link, it will download, then you open the file.  It will automatically load to your launcher and install itself.  However, Google Chrome won't do this because it's not reading the size of the file properly and cuts it off as soon as it starts.  I have to switch to Internet Explorer to download anything.

I think they mean you furnish a bathroom that has a toilet and sink, not a toilet, sink, shower and bathtub. Normally, It's called a 0.5 bath or 1 bath. At least, I think that's what it is. Seabody will have to tell you.

I believe there were two reasons:
1. We were short on people
2. We wanted to give people with less to build slightly more, to make it fair.

The half-bathroom is basically a toilet and sink.
